Clinical Administrative Assistant

Fixed term one year contract (with the potential to go permanent)

Salary circa £20,000 - £25,000 (pro rata) flexible part-time hours. 

We are looking for someone to work in the region of 30 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days.

Synairgen Research Ltd currently has a part-time position available for an enthusiastic, motivated Clinical Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate must have good organisational and communication skills, be a team player with the ability to work unsupervised, and have good general IT skills. Previous clinical trials or medical experience is preferable, although not necessary.

The role will involve day to day administrative tasks to support the Clinical Team to ensure the smooth running of clinical trials.  Tasks include providing administrative support to the field-based research staff, maintenance of the Trial Master File (ensuring all trial documentation and correspondence is filed manually and electronically and chasing up missing documentation), preparing materials for site initiation visits, assembling and dispatching materials for research sites.
